Microsoft Quick Assist is a new feature that enables us to provide assistance over a remote connection. Quick and convenient, it provides an easy-to-use solution, removing the need in many cases for an onsite visit.
Select Start > Quick Assist (or select the Start button, type Quick Assist in the search box, then xclick on the displayed icon.
Enter the 6-digit code you will be given, and select Share screen. Wait for your connection to establish , then select Allow to provide us access to your computer. You can watch our every step, providing the utmost confidence in our work. We then advise when the work is completed and the session is then closed, preventing further access.
